Homemade drink Penacoladah

Home made drinks are always very tasty and full of energy so here is   good several time tried recipe from my kitchen

Penacoladah


Ingredients
4tablespoon cream
11/2coconut cream milk
11/2 glass pineapple juice
4tablespoon sugar
Pineapple pieces for decoration
Pinch of orange color

Method: In a blender added all ingredients and speed for two minutes then decorate the rim of glass with coconut powder and slices of pineapple. Serve cold in long glasses.

Mango is in season these days.
 Mango, one of the most popular fruit.. It’s a fleshy stone fruit and mostly grows in tropical climate the name mango is derived from the Tamil word 'mangkay' or 'man-gay'. The season of mango   start from May through July peaking with monsoon and lasting till September. Hundreds of varieties of mangoes are grown; these varieties are all different in shapes, size and hues of orange .yellow and green. Each variety has a distinct flavor and taste. The most well know mango grow in Pakistan are Anwar Retol, Dasehri, Langra, Chaunsa, Sindhri, Saharni, Alphonso, Pairi, Fazli and Neelam. Eating Mango is an art because the juice dip while cutting is very strong so keep your face towards plate and keep a napkin handy.wow the flavor and sweet taste is awesome. Yummy!
Mango when ripe is eaten  but mango is also used in preparing jam, custard and other sweet dishes. Raw green mangoes are used in making mango chutneys and pickles. It is base of many delicious eastern dessert recipes. Whenever buy Mango check if ripe properly also dip in water for few hours as the heat of this fruit is taken way. This fruits has hot properties on your body so just have some milk after having more than one mango.
Mangoes contain sugar, vitamin A, B and C. It also contains Small amounts of protein, iron, calcium and phosphorus .it has smooth, low-pulp flesh and strong, pleasant aroma. If you have good quality of mango in a house then the whole house smells with mango essence. The Mango tree it is a symbol of love and it is believed that the Mango tree can grant wish.
Mirza Gharib, a famous poet of Urdu language says that ‘You should eat more mangos then just one“ because it is so tasty and full of flavors sweet and tangy. Your stomach will be full but the temptation will stay for more.
 There is a little concerned about gain weight, sugar levels, pimples and of course managing to keep clothes clean while eating mangoes. However, let’s take a deeper look into what the mango has to offer in terms of nutrition and then the health risks involved in extensive intake. mangoes help improve digestion, help lower cholesterol, improve concentration and memory power, prevent heart diseases, do not cause diabetes, on the contrary can be used to counter the disease, and get this, can help improve your sex life. Mangoes are rich in Vitamin E which helps to regulate hormones.

Grilling

Grilling

Grilling is the method of cooking food from direct heat and fire or griller. Food in small thin pieces with good quality and juicy must be used in grilling.
Rules of grilling


*surface exposed first to fire i.e. heat is harden the outside and seal in the juices. The heat is then reduced and food is allowed to cook through.

*.Turn  once only.
*use two spoon not fork or knife for turning.
*do not puncture the juices flavour will escape.



There are many advantage of grilling

1.It is a quick method of cooking.
2. Only best quality of food is used
3. No cooking medium (heavy seasoning) is used, therefore the flavour of food is excellent.
4 Very little preparation is needed.
5 Grilled food is appetizing and attractive in appearance

Grilling Time:
1 A piece of chop one inch thick takes 10 minutes
2. A beef sausage takes 10 minutes
3A sheep kidney takes 5 to 10 minutes
4. A tomatoes take 5minutes
5.Aa fish (small) will take 2 to 8 minutes

Butter with garlic and herb

You can add a different flavor to your butter for morning breakfast or cracker for the evening tea. Here is the recipe of Butter with garlic & herb
2 sticks of butter
2 cloves of garlic
1 tbsp dried Parsley flakes or fresh parsley chopped finely
1/2tsp lemon juice
½ tsp pepper
1/4tsp Salt (if unsalted butter)
Method:
Take butter and make it little soften by keep in room temperature then  mix mash garlic (use a fork to make into a fine paste) then chop parsley finely  include 1/2tsp of lemon juice into a bowl add pepper then  mix into butter .finally place your herb butter  in an airtight container since you add herb and lemon so the butter will last about two months in a refrigerator .
